We're the only underwear store to offer you Pants Points, our in store loyalty scheme.   Register for free in store and pick up a welcome pack with everything you need to get started.  

The loyalty card is on your iPhone or Android mobile, so it's always right there when you want it.   Just download the Fidall app from the App store or Google Play and search for Pants.  Then enter your details and your unique customer number into the app and your all set to go.  

Just tap the card and show the barcode in store every time you make a purchase.  If you need to check your points balance just ask at the checkout.  

You can use your points balance as full or part payment on your purchase at any time.   And keep your eyes peeled for some great promotions, double points days and offers exclusively for Pants Points members.  

Terms & Conditions of Use. 

Your loyalty card is not transferrable to anyone else.  It may not be given away or sold.

Your loyalty card has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. 

We reserve the right to withdraw the scheme in part or in full at any time without notice or explanation.  We also reserve the right to refuse to honour a loyalty card at our discretion.

Mis-use of the scheme will result in your card being withdrawn / not honoured. 

Points are only issued on transactions that include one or more full price items - if your transaction is made up of reduced items, sale items or promotional items or gifts then we will not issue you with points for that transaction.  

The loyalty scheme is only available in store at the moment.
