We take a strict approach to buying.   We only deal directly with the underwear brands that we carry (or, in some cases, approved clearance outlets and sales channels).   We work closely with them, in partnership, to ensure you can be sure of the quality and authenticity of our products.   If you wish to check the authenticity of any of our products then you should contact our customer services who will be happy to help.  

We regularly bring new brands and collections into our store.  We spend a lot of time reviewing each brands' underwear collections.  And we carefully pick out the best designs and cuts from each.   We're only small - so we only bring in a small collection from each brand.  That way we can offer a variety of brands for you to choose from. 

We listen to our customers - we gather feedback in store and online from our customers and we use this feedback when choosing brands to partner with and styles and cuts in each collection.
